[Remote] Field Service Engineer – Data Center

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Data Centers who will play a vital role in transformer lifecycle management. The role involves applying technical skills to support critical infrastructure, building customer relationships, and leading on-site reputed company to ensure reputed company reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and on-site service for installation, maintenance, and advanced support
• Install transformer hardware, sensors, and accessories
• Configure and validate physical communication connectivity
• reputed company and test transformer software, including firmware upgrades
• Serve as the on-site contact for customers and subcontractors
• Strategically assign tasks to reduce costs and project time
• Test SEL relays using Omicron reputed company test sets or equivalent
• reputed company reputed company industrial communication protocols, including Modbus and BACnet
• reputed company protection reputed company testing (such as SEL) at specified settings using an Omicron reputed company test set or comparable equipment
• Conduct electrical tests on transformers, such as bushing power reputed company and capacitance, reputed company reputed company, TTR, winding resistance, insulation power reputed company, and insulation resistance
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable reputed company and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Skills

• Associate degree with 3 years of reputed company experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of reputed company experience
• Physically fit for duty and fieldwork
• Proficient in reputed company Office tools
• reputed company reputed company's license and ability to travel up to 85%
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the reputed company
• Experience in data center fieldwork is a plus
