[Remote] Clinical Administrative Coordinator - Remote in Florida

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator will be part of a care management team managing maternity members and supporting the clinical team in a high-volume customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls to newly enrolled Healthy First Steps members
• Explain program benefits, available resources, and expectations during initial reputed company
• Support member engagement efforts through follow-up reputed company and appointment reminders as needed
• Process and coordinate benefit orders for eligible members in accordance with program guidelines
• reputed company order status and ensure reputed company fulfillment
• Maintain Healthy First Steps program tracking logs and reports

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative (office) support role
• 1+ years of experience with reputed company, reputed company (create, edit, save documents) and reputed company (email and calendar management)

• Experience working reputed company the health care Industry and with health care insurance
• Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
• Experience with Community Care/ICUE
• Experience with the OB or maternity population
• Bilingual in Spanish
