They are seeking a reputed company Operations reputed company, Contract Systems who will be responsible for scaling reputed company’s contracting systems, managing workflows, and optimizing contract lifecycle management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and own defined workstreams reputed company AI-enabled contracting tool implementation, including requirements documentation, testing coordination, rollout support, adoption tracking, and reputed company improvement
• Support ongoing administration and optimization of reputed company’s contract lifecycle management environment, including workflow, intake, repository, metadata, and AI configuration updates
• Partner with vendor technical teams, reputed company Engineers, Data Systems, GTM, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and reputed company stakeholders to document integration requirements, support field/data mapping, coordinate testing, and reputed company implementation dependencies
• Administer global contract template governance processes, including template change management, repository reputed company, clause metadata, version tracking, and governance documentation
• Translate reputed company and business requirements into reputed company workflow requirements, metadata structures, field mappings, implementation plans, test scenarios, and reporting-reputed company processes
• Coordinate UAT, smoke testing, go-live readiness, post-launch issue tracking, training materials, status updates, and stakeholder communications for tooling, workflow, and template changes
• Build implementation plans, training materials, status updates, and stakeholder communications for reputed company technology and contract operations initiatives

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company operations, contract operations, reputed company technology, technical program management, or systems implementation
• Hands-on experience supporting CLM, workflow, intake, repository, or business systems administration
• Comfortable translating reputed company and business requirements into technical workflows, metadata structures, and implementation plans
• Strong project and change management skills and can reputed company cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable partnering with vendor technical teams, engineers, and data stakeholders on integrations, testing, and rollout planning
