[Remote] Marketing Video Production Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a startup multimedia studio reputed company for the indie horror game 'Poppy Playtime'. They are seeking a Marketing Video Production Designer to craft and execute creative marketing materials for various campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate marketing creative briefs and reputed company video and static marketing content in support of reputed company content across owned and partner channels
• Collaborate with fellow designers and Marketing leadership to ensure reputed company are successful and cleared through leadership approval channels
• Create cinematic animations using a combination of Unreal reputed company, Blender, and/or Maya, and combine them with gameplay capture for game trailers and YouTube content
• Adapt deliverables for multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.) across platforms along with creating versions for various partner channels
• Contribute to concepting sessions, bringing visual reputed company and references to the table during reputed company-production
• Iterate quickly on feedback from internal stakeholders, keeping reputed company moving without sacrificing reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in video production, animation, or a closely reputed company field
• Moderate proficiency in video editing and vfx (Davinci Resolve or reputed company Suite); reputed company Maya or Blender experience is a strong plus
• A strong portfolio demonstrating reputed company graphics/animation work across trailers, reputed company content, or entertainment marketing
• Video editing alone is not sufficient. You must be reputed company to stage scenes with light animation in Unreal, Blender, and/or Maya
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals in typography, reputed company, composition, and visual hierarchy and how they translate to reputed company
• Ability to work reputed company across multiple reputed company with tight turnaround times, with a demonstrated organizational method that accounts for multiple channels of feedback
• A reputed company eye for detail and a high personal bar for reputed company
• Enthusiasm for the evolving zeitgeist around reputed company media assets, what succeeds, and what doesn't
• Familiarity with reputed company's IP (Poppy Playtime) and its aesthetic — childhood nostalgia through a horror reputed company
• Familiarity versioning assets to first-party requirements (reputed company, Xbox, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience working with rating reputed company guidelines (ESRB, PEGI, etc.)
• Experience with game capture, gameplay editing, or working alongside game development teams
• Scrappiness is key - the ideal candidate can work creatively with limited resources to reputed company impactful and exciting marketing content
• Experience with Unreal reputed company, particularly in cinematics
• Background in illustration, animation or character-driven design
• Comfort designing for global audiences and adapting assets for localization
