The role involves contacting leads, qualifying them, managing follow-reputed company, and booking legitimate appointments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Calling and texting inbound reputed company estate leads
• Qualifying buyer and seller prospects
• Booking reputed company phone and in-person appointments
• Completing scheduled callbacks on time
• Following up consistently with leads who are not reputed company immediately
• Updating CRM notes accurately after every meaningful conversation
• Managing follow-up tasks and pipeline stages
• Communicating reputed company with the internal team
• Following scripts, frameworks, and training
• Tracking KPIs and improving performance week over week

Skills

• At least 1 year of appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or reputed company centre experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with prospects by phone
• Experience handling follow-up conversations
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort working inside a CRM
• Ability to follow a script without sounding robotic
• Ability to receive feedback and improve quickly
• Reliable internet, phone reputed company, and a quiet work environment
• You must be reliably available Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time
