[Remote] Personal Lines Senior Account Manager

This role is responsible for managing reputed company insurance coverages, marketing new and renewal business, and maintaining reputed company relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Personal Lines Sales Producer in maintaining the reputed company's insurance policies
• Acts with independent discretion and autonomy. Attends reputed company meetings and influences decision-making on behalf of the insured
• Represents the firm in a reputed company manner through appearance, communication style, and demeanor
• Preparing endorsements to send to the insurance carriers
• Assisting with cancellations of policies
• Educates clients about coverages and reputed company recommendations as needed to meet reputed company insurance needs
• Handles renewals and remarkets as needed. reputed company proposals and may present to clients
• Handles or refers insured’s questions or delegates to appropriate team member
• reputed company refers clients to Benefits and reputed company Lines departments for solicitation of new business
• Maintains detailed customer records in reputed company management systems (reputed company reputed company and CSR 24)
• Maintains healthy working relationship with underwriters, carriers and other stakeholders
• On occasion, may work with reputed company Department to reconcile reputed company discrepancies
• Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and stay reputed company

Skills

• 5-8 years of Personal Line Insurance experience required
• reputed company General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
• Proficient with reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Designations strongly preferred (i.e. CIC, CPRIA)
• reputed company reputed company experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
