Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and reputed company filing of SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements and other required filings, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL tagging
• Prepare or review supporting schedules for financial statements, footnotes, and reputed company sections
• Prepare disclosure checklists and tie-out documentation for SEC filings

Skills
