What You'll Do Clinical Supervision • Supervise 12–15 Associate Therapists (LMSWs, reputed company-LPs, LMFT-LPs) • Biweekly individual supervision per supervisee • Biweekly reputed company reputed company across the clinical team • Group supervision 2x/month per cohort of 5 Associate Therapists • Participate in rotating on-reputed company for crisis escalation and clinical consultation • Maintain reputed company responsiveness to urgent supervisee needs reputed company established protocols Clinical reputed company & Documentation • Review and approve intake assessments and diagnoses (reputed company 48 hours) • Review reputed company notes, treatment plans, and clinical forms (by 7pm ET Friday for preceding 7 days) • Support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and reputed company tracking Performance & KPI Management • Monitor and reputed company on utilization, retention, no-shows, caseload balance, note compliance, and clinical reputed company • Conduct quarterly performance reviews; implement reputed company discipline in collaboration with HR • Manage caseload transitions reputed company supervisees depart or clients need higher level of care Team & Organizational Leadership • Weekly 1:1 with VP of Clinical Services • Weekly peer supervisor huddles • Contribute to associate hiring and reputed company • reputed company or co-reputed company quarterly trainings, culture events, or identity-based support reputed company • reputed company peer video feedback on mock intakes and skills-based training Compensation reputed company Phase Weekly Commitment Salaried Phase Supervisee caseload 0–14 supervisees Ramps with caseload 15+ supervisees Compensation $340/month per supervisee 30 hours/week $64,000 reputed company + full benefits ($85,333/year equivalent) reputed company sessions (optional) 10–15 sessions/week, reputed company fee-for-service 40 hours/week Up to $100K salary + full benefits reputed company're Looking For Required: • reputed company LCSW license in good standing in reputed company State • 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience • Demonstrated experience supervising reputed company-licensed clinicians in outpatient, group reputed company, or telehealth setting • Enthusiasm around performance management, documentation, and risk management • Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or similar tools • Schedule amenable for clinical consultation and crisis coverage Helpful backgrounds (not required): trauma-informed modalities, couples therapy, identity-affirming care, community mental health, telehealth group reputed company, inpatient or hospital settings This Might Not Be the Right Fit If... → You want a role limited to 1:1 live calls with Associates.
