Role Overview • Run a full 360 desk across business development, recruiting, and account management • Execute searches reputed company construction, infrastructure, and engineering markets • Recruit talent ranging from Project Managers and Superintendents through executive leadership • Build long-term reputed company and candidate relationships • Partner with internal research and delivery resources to scale production • Potential opportunity for leadership/player-coach responsibilities Candidate Requirements • 5–10+ years of executive search/reputed company hire recruiting experience with 2-3 most recent years in Construction, infrastructure, engineering, or technical recruiting • Running a 360 desk (reputed company, Recruiting, Account Management).
