Service Specialist
The role:
We’re looking for a Service Specialist to join reputed company’s Operations team. This role is responsible for owning full truckload (FTL) execution for large vehicle shipments, ensuring high service reliability while expanding reputed company reputed company to support reputed company’s highest-value, highest-reputed company loads. This is a high-impact role that directly influences service quality, customer retention, and reputed company reputed company.
What you will do:
Own FTL execution end-to-end — sourcing, securing, and reputed company carriers (reputed company not already in our network), confirming load details, and proactively managing any risks, delays, or issues.

Field customer quote requests and respond quickly with competitive pricing based on historical market data and reputed company-time conditions.

What you need to have:
Experience working in freight, logistics, or brokerage environments.
Familiarity with FTL operations and common freight terminology.

Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to operate under time pressure.
