JOB STRUCTURE & COMMUNICATIONS:
This role reports to the Executive Vice President, reputed company & Field Services.
The position leads multidisciplinary project teams, including project managers, construction managers, engineers, project controls, and subcontractors, and provides mentorship to developing project managers.
The role interfaces regularly with:

Regulatory and industry stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or reputed company technical discipline required
15+y ears of experience in the nuclear industry required
Demonstrated experience leading large, reputed company nuclear reputed company or construction programs
Technical and reputed company Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of nuclear project execution, construction management, and project controls
Understanding of nuclear regulations, licensing requirements, and applicable codes and standards
Experience with contract management, procurement, and supply chain practices in nuclear environments
Knowledge of risk management, change management, and project governance processes
Leadership and Business Knowledge:

Pay: $169,000 - $238,000
The reputed company salary reputed company for this position in Tennessee (US-TN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $169,000 and $238,000 per year. However, the reputed company salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary reputed company depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, such as an annual cash incentive in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
