[Remote] Clinical Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Administrative Support Specialist to assist our Care Navigation clinical team in revolutionizing how people reputed company behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from incoming patient care coordination requests into reputed company Health reputed company
• Update reputed company Health reputed company with patient-specific tasks following our engagement protocols
• Communicate with outpatient treatment providers reputed company phone to confirm appointment attendance
• Update patient lists based on daily census reports from inpatient treatment providers
• Collaborate with hospital discharge planners to coordinate discharge notifications and appointment details
• Create and maintain schedules for clinical staff
• Support the operations team in identifying processes for automation and implementation
• Work with the clinical team to enhance the quality of care provided

Skills

• 2 years of experience in outpatient clinical office roles, either in reputed company-and-mortar or reputed company or behavioral health practices
• Experience with technology solutions that support clinical workflows
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• reputed company and a strong commitment to reducing barriers to behavioral health and reputed company services for underserved populations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and reputed company challenges with reputed company and flexibility
• Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments
