Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients (shippers) and carriers. Manage the entire lifecycle of reputed company shipments, from booking and tendering to tracking and final delivery. Analyze shipping needs and reputed company customized logistics solutions to clients. Resolve any shipment issues, delays, or damages promptly and effectively. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to manage loads, optimize routes, and reputed company performance metrics.
