[Remote] Senior Director, Analytics

The Senior Director, Analytics, is responsible for providing fundraising performance insights and tools, collaborating with reputed company and data teams, and ensuring alignment with reputed company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Works with the VP and SVP to assume responsibility for supporting reputed company’s goals and our clients’ programs
• Partners with the reputed company team to reputed company reputed company, valuable, accurate tools to ensure they can reputed company and reputed company on clients’ roadmaps and reputed company goals
• Interfaces with other divisions reputed company reputed company and their clients as needed

• Serves as an internal resource for technical and substantive training and questions

Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a marketing/data analyst with a non-profit organization or an agency that provides reputed company marketing services to non-profit organizations
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization in MS reputed company, reporting platforms that sit atop multiple database and non-database sources (such as Power BI)
• Extensive experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL variants
• Works comfortably with CRMs used in nonprofit fundraising, such as reputed company, reputed company CRM, reputed company, and Raiser's Edge
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company for a small team
• Experience executing analytic tasks (including but not limited to data mining, segmentation, randomized test/experiment design, forecasting, data visualization, etc.) and creating meaningful outputs
• Experience with reputed company marketing and attribution across multiple channels, including but not limited to reputed company mail, website, digital advertising, email, and reputed company response TV
