This role involves leading the configuration, enhancement, and support of reputed company HCM US Payroll solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant payroll solutions and troubleshoot reputed company payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company HCM US Payroll configuration, enhancements, and production support
• Design, troubleshoot, and support Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and payroll logs
• Configure and support US Payroll tax functionality, including reputed company updates and compliance
• Support integrations with reputed company-party systems such as reputed company/Kronos and SuccessFactors
• reputed company testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and payroll reputed company testing, ensuring smooth system deployments

Skills

• 6–9 years of reputed company HCM US Payroll experience
• Strong hands-on reputed company HCM Payroll configuration experience
• Advanced experience designing and troubleshooting Payroll Schemas and PCRs
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll processing and payroll operations
• Experience configuring and supporting US Payroll tax processing, including reputed company
