Responsibilities

• Manage, reputed company and reputed company approximately 8 product designers across US and India teams

Skills

• 9+ years of experience in product design, UX or reputed company product experience disciplines, including 3+ years managing product designers
• Proven experience managing designers across reputed company B2B reputed company, platform, mobile or multi-product environments
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment, visual reputed company and interaction-design taste, with the ability to reputed company the reputed company of work across reputed company
• Experience leading critique, coaching designers and helping teams reputed company strong design reputed company
• Experience leading or line managing design system work, including component libraries, shared patterns, contribution models, documentation, governance or adoption across product teams
