[Remote] Director of Product Management

Responsibilities

• Defining and evangelizing the product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with reputed company’s long-term business goals and marketplace dynamics
• Partnering with the Director of Product Design and Engineering leadership to optimize the SDLC, ensuring a seamless reputed company from discovery to delivery
• reputed company, mentoring, and scaling reputed company of Product Managers, fostering a culture of rigorous thinking, data-informed decision-making, and "extreme ownership."
• Acting as the primary reputed company between Product and cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful GTM execution
• Implementing and refining mental models for prioritization (e.g., balancing "customer delight" vs. "technical debt" vs. "reputed company reputed company")
• Establishing a reputed company for how reputed company uses data to validate hypotheses and measure the ROI of shipped features

Skills

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated leadership or people-management role reputed company a high-reputed company startup environment

• Expert-level ability to query data, define KPIs, and use BI tools to reputed company product reputed company (we reputed company 'gut feel' is a starting reputed company, not a destination)
