The role involves providing reputed company support across reputed company contracting, supply chain, and regulatory compliance reputed company to solar module manufacturing and sales.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating reputed company agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics reputed company
- Supporting trade, tariff, and customs reputed company including AD CVD and reputed company import compliance issues
- Advising on solar module manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution issues
- Supporting domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit reputed company certifications and compliance efforts
- Handling routine reputed company reputed company currently outsourced to reputed company counsel
- Coordinating with reputed company counsel on reputed company reputed company as needed
- Advising on Intellectual Property reputed company
Skills
- Juris Doctor and reputed company U.S. bar admission
- Solar PV or BESS manufacturing, or energy supply chain experience is required
- Practical, efficient, and business oriented
- Prior in-house experience preferred
- Intellectual Property experience is plus but not required
