The role involves leading project functions, facilitating meetings, and managing project deliverables and communications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of team meetings
• Facilitation of design sessions
• Providing project updates to the required stakeholders and project personnel per the project communications plan
• Facilitation of project schedule inputs and updates
• Creating, maintaining and communication of the project Risk register
• Creating, maintaining and communication of the project organization chart
• Maintaining and communicating on the project budget and forecast for the full scope of the funding project
• Maintain and completing PGE’s System Design Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project
