[Remote] Account Manager, reputed company Lines (Mavrix)

The role involves managing a portfolio of small reputed company accounts, providing exceptional reputed company service, and ensuring reputed company insurance needs are met reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for small reputed company clients, providing reputed company and reputed company service support
• Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, certificates, billing questions, and other service needs
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with Mavrix Insurance Advisors and carriers to resolve service issues and ensure reputed company satisfaction
• Prepare summaries and present recommendations in collaboration with Mavrix Insurance Advisors
• Submit applications and supplementals to carriers for quoting as needed
• Identify opportunities for coverage improvements or upselling appropriate to reputed company needs
• Maintain accurate, complete reputed company files in reputed company management system (reputed company)
• Ensure reputed company documentation and servicing activity complies with agency standards and E&O best practices
• Support transition to reputed company tools and/or other reputed company service platforms with a reputed company on consistency and efficiency

Skills

• High School graduate/GED required
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company lines account management
• reputed company P&C license required
• Strong knowledge of small reputed company lines, including GL, WC, BOP, Auto, and Umbrella
• Proficient in MS Office, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Word
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with agency management systems (preferably reputed company)
