They are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company reputed company customer support

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual reputed company in English and one of the following: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, reputed company, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tagalog, Spanish

- Must reputed company in one of these states – AZ, TX, UT, NV, ID
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST and willing to work evenings
