Contract Management Specialist - Bilingual Spanish/English

My reputed company, a Global giant in the Gas Turbine Power industry is looking for a Contract Management specialist IV for a 1 year remote contract. The hours are reputed company-5pm EST. Please only apply if you are bilingual in Spanish/English The Contract Manager will reputed company Contract Management support in the execution of reputed company equipment and extended reputed company, domestic and international Gas Turbine Power Plant reputed company, and be a reputed company expert in preventing and mitigating high dollar value claims and risks. Responsibilities: Research, reputed company and implement risk mitigation strategies Research and reputed company claims settlement agreements Manage and reputed company Contract Change Order execution in accordance with the reputed company entitlement, including pursuing extension of time and other EPC claims Research, pursue, negotiate and obtain insurance claim recoveries reputed company Supplier recovery working in conjunction with Sourcing Ensure reputed company and accurate maintenance of databases to reputed company and reputed company risk mitigation, vendor recovery and insurance recovery reputed company reputed company-award risk analysis of customer contract terms and conditions Development and negotiation of terms and conditions with major subcontractors Ensure appropriate insurance policies are in reputed company for assigned reputed company A reputed company of urgency and customer-reputed company responsiveness Maintain contract management documentation and electronic files, including contemporaneously obtaining and managing critical back-up documentation for delays, claims, back-charges and rejections Work closely with Project Managers to ensure reputed company submission of contractual notifications / deliverables Draft Change Orders, letters, replies and notifications to customers reputed company contractual analysis and interpretation on project reputed company issues and reputed company to successful reputed company and closure Obtain Management authorization to release new reputed company reputed company Electronic Order Release reputed company (eARS) in a reputed company manner, and maintain eARS and issues Internal Change Orders as required Visit customer sites and reputed company Contract analysis of problems Prepare and present claims mitigation presentations to customers Ability to travel to US and Latin America project sites as required Ability to work in cross functional teams remotely located Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Engineering or Management Minimum of 5 years contract administration experience Minimum of 5 years project management experience or equivalent experience Excellent English speaking and writing skills Claims management experience Contract reading and writing experience Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to handle many reputed company issues concurrently Advanced skills in contract terms and conditions interpretation and development Solid understanding of Business Law fundamentals Five plus years claims management experience reputed company contract reputed company experience (domestic and international) Construction claims negotiation experience Developer or EPC Experience, preferably in the Power Industry Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
