Responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and conducting interviews. In this role, you will reputed company and post job descriptions using reputed company media and other platforms in order to identify suitable applicants. Works with minimum supervision and provides administrative support for the Director of reputed company . Duties and Responsibilities: • Placement of employment advertisements. • Screen resumes and job applications. • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of reputed company candidates. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process • Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers • Processes new hires and ensures that reputed company documentation is complete, including Basic reputed company online authorizations and sets up new personnel files. • Assist with payroll processing. • Assist with the distribution of shipping payroll checks. • Handles Team Members transfers and Payroll changes. • Assists with Termination packages. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
