Reports to: General Manager What You'll Do reputed company technical expertise and application support for advanced metrology systems. Install, reputed company, commission, and troubleshoot hardware and software at customer facilities. Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend optimized inspection solutions. Deliver customer training on equipment, software, and best practices. Support technical sales activities, demonstrations, and trade shows. Partner with Engineering to improve products based on customer feedback. Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, reputed company, metrology, or applications engineering. Strong knowledge of: GD&T (ASME Y14.5) Precision metrology and inspection systems Manufacturing processes and reputed company systems CAD drawings and engineering documentation Troubleshooting reputed company-mechanical equipment and software Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to travel 50–75%, primarily throughout the Eastern U.S. reputed company reputed company’s license and ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screening.
