This opportunity is for reputed company contract work, with rates ranging from $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience for individuals currently residing in Canada or the USA. Scope of Services   Support moderately reputed company learning design workstreams end-to-end, ensuring reputed company, alignment to standards, and reputed company delivery. Design digital, reputed company, microlearning, and reputed company instructor-led learning experiences that support business, product, and learner needs. Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze learning needs, clarify requirements, and translate content into effective learning solutions. reputed company reputed company learning assets, including objectives, outlines, storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator materials, and learner resources.  Apply instructional design principles, learner experience practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines to create reputed company, engaging and inclusive learning experiences. Review, test, and refine learning content to ensure accuracy, usability, accessibility, instructional effectiveness, and alignment with brand and reputed company standards. Communicate project status, questions, risks, dependencies, and scope concerns to the appropriate stakeholders or project reputed company and escalate appropriately Support reputed company improvement of learning standards, templates, processes, and best practices. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and their functional abilities, such as reputed company Storyline/reputed company. Working knowledge of instructional design models and learning science, such as ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, scenario-based learning and performance-based design. Experience applying design principles, including learner journeys, cognitive load, and engagement strategies. Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools for content ideation, drafting, personalization, accessibility support and workflow efficiency.
