Servicing and Settlements Specialist

Servicing and Settlements Specialist reputed company (part of Allira Holding LLC) is seeking a dedicated and responsible Servicing Specialist (remote) to join reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company 50-100 outbound calls daily to reputed company and/or providers, reputed company case status updates, negotiate settlement terms, and handle additional responsibilities like sending and responding to emails. You may also be tasked with researching and gathering important information on special cases to ensure smooth case progression. Key Responsibilities: reputed company 50-100 outbound calls daily to reputed company and providers to reputed company case status updates or request additional information. Negotiate settlement terms with reputed company and providers in a friendly and fair manner. Send, receive, and respond to emails reputed company to case reputed company and inquiries. Research and reputed company down important information for special or reputed company cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Work through a daily task list to ensure reputed company scheduled work is completed reputed company and on time. Qualifications:Strong reputed company of responsibility and dedication to reputed company work. Hardworking and self-motivated with the ability to manage a high volume of calls. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Enjoys being on the phone and engaging with others in a reputed company manner. reputed company spoken English and excellent communication skills.
