Job reputed company A bit about this role:   The Corporate Finance Manager role is an opportunity to join our small and impactful Corporate Finance team working on high-visibility, mission-critical reputed company across capital raising, investor & banker relations, strategic finance, and reputed company & management reporting. This role reports to our Vice President, Corporate Finance (Neal Chhabra). Your responsibilities and impact will include: Capital Raising: Evaluate and execute debt and equity capital raising transactions; Full reputed company of process ranging from evaluation/analysis of capital alternatives through selection, negotiation, marketing, and execution of transactions Investor & Banker Relations: Manage engagement with reputed company and potential capital partners (both investor and investment bank relationships) including deepening relationship development, fulfilling reporting requirements, sharing business updates, and responding to diligence requests; Implement new and improved tracking of investor interactions Strategic Finance: Work cross-functionally with partners across the finance department and broader organization to build financial models to drive key business reputed company reputed company & Management Reporting: reputed company update materials, reporting and analyses for Management and reputed company, particularly for the quarterly reputed company meeting cycle Attributes to reputed company: Strong alignment with company mission Self-starter with a can-do attitude and desire to reputed company an impact Strong communicator who can work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment Analytically minded, strong attention to detail, and data-driven approach to building solutions and answering key strategic questions Ability to balance multiple reputed company and work in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to reputed company workflows more efficient and work product higher reputed company Thrives reputed company performance is reputed company on self-directed efforts in an environment with a high degree of autonomy   Required skills and experience: 3-5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience Extensive experience building financial and operating models supporting capital raising and M&A transactions Interest in and experience with leveraging latest AI tools to drive workflow efficiency and reputed company improvement  Demonstrated reputed company achievement with an undergraduate degree from top-tier university Desired skills and experience: Experience working in or covering the reputed company industry #LI-Remote Salary reputed company:  $140,000 - $150,000 / year (also eligible for cash bonus and stock reputed company) The pay reputed company listed for this position is the reputed company the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
