Service Operations Coordinator/Billing

Job reputed company The Service Coordinator (Back-End Operations) is responsible for managing the administrative and financial closeout of service work orders. This role ensures reputed company completed service jobs are accurately documented, properly lined up, and fully reputed company for invoicing by the reputed company team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized, with a strong reputed company on accuracy and efficiency.   Responsibilities Review completed service work orders for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation. Verify labor hours, materials, and service details are properly recorded and reputed company with company standards. reputed company out service orders in internal systems in a reputed company manner Ensure reputed company required supporting documents (photos, reports, etc. ) are complete. Follow up with 1099s for their completed work orders and invoices. Collaborate with field technicians and regional managers to resolve discrepancies or missing information. Prepare and submit finalized work orders to the reputed company team for invoicing. Maintain accurate records of reputed company and pending service jobs. Identify and flag billing issues, inconsistencies, or delays.
