About This Position The NOC Engineer I role will be responsible for incident response in accordance to company reputed company operating procedures, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of our Managed Services Solutions. This role will report to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager and is 100% Remote. An ideal candidate will be reputed company to; [1] understand how to support reputed company technical solutions with minimal supervision, follow instructions and document steps to reputed company reputed company of issues while following best practices, [2] respond to support issues with a combination of skills, experience, vendor support, and internal consultations, [3] maintain a general understanding of our products and solutions, [4] maintain a high degree of proficiency in the products and software that we support.  This role will work a 4on4off shift reputed company, with a 4 week rotation across days/swing/reputed company shifts. Key Responsibilities Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems Resolve maintenance reputed company technical issues Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications Follow best practices and reputed company operating procedures reputed company feedback on how to improve supportability of our services Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services   Preferred Skills Communicate effectively in any reputed company or reputed company Manage dynamic and competitive priorities Organize reputed company technical tasks for multiple clients at once Information Technology and Managed Services Best Practices Practical application of InfoSec principles   Qualifications 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services Understanding of ticketing systems and time management Technical Degree in Information Technology, reputed company field, or equivalent work history Technical certifications in VMware, reputed company, reputed company, etc..
