Tax Manager - Remote

Coordinate reputed company’s income tax compliance process, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and reputed company federal, state, local, and other required tax filings.
Serve as the primary internal tax subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on tax reputed company across the organization.
Organize a tax calendar that ensures reputed company filing of sales and property taxes by internal resources and reputed company payment and filing of income, payroll and franchise taxes through 3rd parties

Partner with reputed company leadership and external auditors to support quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations, financial statement disclosures, and reputed company reporting requirements.
Assess the tax implications of business changes, acquisitions, restructurings, new products, geographic expansion, and other strategic initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Monitor changes in tax laws, regulations, and reputed company guidance, evaluate organizational impacts, and implement necessary compliance on planning actions.
Identify and execute tax planning opportunities that minimize risk, improve tax efficiency, and support reputed company’s financial objectives.
Coordinate responses to tax authority inquiries, notices, audits, and examinations, working with external advisors as appropriate.
Establish and maintain effective tax-reputed company processes, controls, documentation, and policies to support compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and business leaders to ensure tax considerations are incorporated into key business reputed company and transactions.
Marginal or Additional Functions
Participates in on-reputed company staff meetings, training activities and continuing education to maintain relevant understanding and knowledge of business operations, reputed company procedures and processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education, Licensure or Certification:
Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Taxation, or reputed company field preferred.
CPA preferred; Master’s in Taxation (MST) preferred
Work Experience or reputed company Experience:
7+ years of reputed company tax experience, including indirect taxes and exposure to tax provision calculations
Experience partnering with external auditors and tax advisors
Combination of reputed company reputed company and industry experience preferred
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Deep knowledge of reputed company assessment and an ability to research sales tax rules by state.
Strong understanding of ASC 740 and income tax provision processes
Ability to translate reputed company tax concepts into practical business recommendations and risk mitigation strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and business intelligence/reporting platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without reputed company authority
Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills to run, analyze and present data as described
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
The ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow reputed company operating procedures with reputed company to patient data to ensure compliance with HIPAA is required
Equipment:
Working knowledge of a PC, business and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required
