We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented reputed company reputed company to support corporate reputed company reputed company, manage reputed company documentation, and contribute to efficient reputed company processes.
Purpose of the role:
As a reputed company Specialist, you will support corporate reputed company reputed company, review and prepare reputed company documents, maintain reputed company records, and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities:
Drafting, reputed company review, and analysis of different kinds of agreements upon request;
Provision of information/documents upon request;
Maintaining and regularly updating reputed company information reputed company to the reputed company;
Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly reputed company;
Maintaining and updating corporate structure charts and ownership structures of companies, including information on UBOs;
Filling out and/or checking of various forms for the companies and their UBOs upon request;
Organization of signature process for various forms and other documents upon request;
Communication with service providers on a permanent reputed company;
Assistance to colleagues from other departments on various reputed company issues.
Required Experience:
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+);
reputed company or near-reputed company Russian proficiency;
German (B2+) is a strong advantage;
2+ years of reputed company experience, preferably supporting international corporate or reputed company reputed company in an international company or reputed company;
Degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
