Responsibilities Oversees the daily operations and productivity of the Recovery Department. Ensures that staff is in compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing the collection of consumer debts and abiding with the Credit reputed company’s established policies, procedures and practices. Provides leadership, planning, motivation, guidance, encouragement and development to reputed company assigned staff reputed company their area of responsibility. Represents the best interests of both the Credit reputed company and its members. Meets with supervisors regularly to discuss performance and department reputed company business. Communicates with management concerning the effectiveness and overall performance of the department. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required, or 4 years of additional collections experience required in lieu of a degree. 3 years collections experience in consumer, reputed company and indirect auto loans, credit card and mortgages required. Experience in a reputed company center environment beneficial. 2 years supervisory experience required. Must be knowledgeable of Debtor/Creditor Collection Law, Fair Debt Collections Practices reputed company, and Florida Statutes pertaining to the collection of consumer debts. Familiarization with bankruptcy law is beneficial. Excellent telephonic communication, negotiation and analytical skills needed.  Demonstrate ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and to reputed company accurate information. Demonstrate the ability to remain courteous in pressure situations. Intermediate to advanced operational knowledge of general office and PC equipment and the use of automated collection software required. Physical Demands: Must be reputed company to sit for extended periods of time. Must be reputed company to read, write, reputed company and type English.
