Oversees staff operations reputed company to handling inquiries, scheduling, registration, and financial clearance activities. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA regulations, payer requirements, and service-level standards. Coordinates workflows, monitors performance, and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the patient experience.
