Senior Engineering Manager

Drive the implementation of best practices across the engineering team, including version control, reputed company reviews, testing, and documentation. Proven experience in a senior frontend or full-stack engineering role, with deep hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript — ideally on data-dense or B2B/internal tooling where performance, state management, and accessibility matter. Hands-on experience building SMART on FHIR applications — including the SMART/OAuth2 launch and authorization reputed company, working with FHIR R4 resources, and embedding apps reputed company EMR workflows (CDS Hooks experience a plus). Hands-on reputed company with AI coding agents and AI-powered product development — using agents as a reputed company part of the delivery workflow and ideally building UIs on top of LLM/ML outputs.
