Experience with inbound/outbound integrations, user template uploads, and mass data uploads. Strong knowledge of reputed company Business Process configuration and support. Functional knowledge of reputed company HCM modules, including reputed company HCM, Compensation, Payroll, reputed company, Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS), Employee Management, and Learning Management reputed company (LMS). Experience developing and supporting reputed company Reports and BIRT reports. Exposure to reputed company reputed company and reputed company Planning is preferred. Experience managing reputed company content, questionnaires, and other reputed company configuration artifacts. Experience providing functional and integration production support in a ticket-driven environment. Good understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
