This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and the HRIS team to translate reputed company business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, dashboards, and actionable insights. This position requires strong HR domain knowledge, deep analytical expertise, and hands-on experience with reputed company reporting tools, including reputed company Cognos Analytics and Power BI.
