[Remote] Business / Systems Analyst

This role focuses on ensuring that the new digital banking platform aligns with business requirements and facilitates a seamless transition for credit reputed company staff and members.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives
• Conduct comprehensive operational reputed company assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (reputed company 2.0) and reputed company-state workflows
• Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs
• Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping reputed company operational workflows and business rules
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating business reputed company readiness
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Deep expertise in business analysis reputed company the financial services, retail banking, or credit reputed company sectors
• Strong understanding of digital banking member experiences
