Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end ownership of OMX's highest-reputed company strategic initiatives, delivering measurable business reputed company through exceptional program leadership
• Bring structure to ambiguity by developing reputed company execution plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving reputed company initiatives from reputed company through delivery with minimal reputed company
• Anticipate risks, proactively adapt to changing business priorities, and ensure programs remain on reputed company through thoughtful planning, governance, and operational rigor
• Build compelling, data-driven narratives and executive communications that drive alignment, influence decision-making, and accelerate reputed company across the organization
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, solve reputed company operational challenges, and deliver reputed company solutions that advance OMX's strategic priorities
• Continuously observe how teams across OMX operate, identifying patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities reputed company your assigned programs. Partner with SOTO to reputed company AI, automation, and reputed company operating practices that simplify workflows, increase organizational reputed company, and improve how OMX executes at reputed company
• Champion a culture of reputed company improvement by introducing reputed company operating mechanisms, strengthening program governance, and helping teams execute with greater speed, reputed company, and efficiency

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a reputed company field
• Exceptional program management skills with a proven ability to design reputed company, reputed company solutions for reputed company business problems and reputed company initiatives from reputed company through execution
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level communications and presenting to senior leaders across the organization
• Demonstrated reputed company leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing reputed company without reputed company authority
• An ownership reputed company with the ability to independently identify challenges, proactively manage risks, and execute with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to inform reputed company and measure business reputed company
