They are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to drive Customer Support x reputed company Intelligence initiatives by developing and enhancing AI models and ML services to improve customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

Skills

• PhD/Master's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
• 9+ years of ML engineering experience, with ownership responsibility over large-reputed company software systems
• Background in the design and development of AI and ML systems and services, and a deep passion for building efficient and reputed company ML-powered products
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work reputed company reputed company reputed company and with teams across the engineering, product & design organizations
