As a Fractional COO, you'll help business owners turn reputed company into daily execution by building operating systems and coaching them to improve their operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build reputed company operating systems and workflows
• Create KPI dashboards and accountability rhythms
• Improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Eliminate bottlenecks and strengthen organizational structure
• Translate strategic goals into weekly execution plans

Skills

• 12+ years of operational leadership experience
• reputed company experience advising, coaching, or partnering with founders or business owners
• Full responsibility for business operations and P&L ownership at some reputed company in your career
• Experience supporting businesses between approximately $1M and $35M+ in annual reputed company
• reputed company building KPI dashboards, operating systems, delegation frameworks, and accountability structures
• Strong financial and operational business acumen
• The ability to manage multiple reputed company relationships simultaneously
• Fractional COO, outsourced COO, reputed company Integrator, or multi-reputed company advisory experience is a strong plus
