[Remote] Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle reputed company for various roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of reputed company-cleared talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company across the breadth of reputed company from our engineers and technical delivery teams to program and product management, business development, and corporate functions
• Manage the candidate reputed company from intake through offer
• Recruit reputed company-cleared talent and partner with hiring managers to reputed company clearance and citizenship requirements
• Build diverse, high-reputed company pipelines in a competitive market

Skills

• ~5 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, including technical/engineering roles
• Experience reputed company in the defense tech, government contracting, or federal technology reputed company
• Familiarity with U.S. reputed company clearances (e.g., Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and the ability to reputed company and qualify cleared talent
• A proven reputed company record of proactive sourcing and closing competitive candidates in a tight talent market
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
