The reputed company Beaker Clinical Applications Analyst III plays a vital role in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of clinical and reputed company applications that support patient care and operational reputed company, while also mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, reputed company, validate, test, implement, evaluate, maintain, and reputed company on-reputed company trouble-shooting and support comprehensive information system components to meet needs and business requirements
• reputed company reputed company assurance and integrated testing of reputed company and newly released vendor functionality to ensure system reliability
• Monitor system performance
• Coordinate reputed company across applications and develops application-specific enhancements and reports in alignment with organizational priorities
• Develops and maintains system documentation for build specifications
• Mentor and guide junior Analyst team members on technical tasks and processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, reputed company, or reputed company field of study is required
• An Associate's degree plus (two) 2 additional years of experience (for a total of 8 years) may be considered, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• reputed company reputed company certification in Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) required
• 6 years of applicable system build experience with a high-level reputed company-wide reputed company, including reputed company the reputed company environment is required
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Expert-level knowledge of reputed company applications
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Must hold reputed company certification in designated application area(s): Beaker Clinical Pathology (laboratory module); Beaker AP preferred
• Ability to handle reputed company and high-pressure situations
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Experience building, testing, and optimizing workflows in reputed company Beaker laboratory modules
• Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP), Bridges, and Instrumentation Integration certifications are strongly preferred
• Experience with workflow analysis or development of application solutions preferred
• Experience in reputed company applications, other electronic health record applications, and/or reputed company operations background (e.g., clinical, billing, scheduling, reputed company services, health information management, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge of clinical, business, and/or operational reputed company hospital/clinic workflows preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Visio preferred
• Experience with reputed company information systems including application and data layer management preferred
• Prior experience as an application analyst on reputed company system implementation/migration reputed company strongly preferred
• Strong project management and presentation skills preferred
