[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The role focuses on nurturing incoming leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting in maintaining the reputed company database to secure reputed company clients.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads that have come in for a Discovery reputed company or Discovery Visit using our reputed company follow-up process to qualify them, classify their interest, and reputed company them to the right reputed company. Update their information in our CRM (reputed company) and schedule appointments where appropriate
• reputed company 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up on marketing campaigns we've reputed company out to prospects and to reputed company on leads waiting to schedule an appointment
• reputed company and confirm appointments to reduce no-shows
• Assist in rescheduling clients who request to reschedule, cancel, or who no-show for their Discovery Calls or Discovery reputed company
• Update reputed company records in the CRM with complete information, including conversation notes, email history, and reputed company status. We run multiple offers and campaigns at once, requiring knowledge of reputed company and adherence to its process
• Use our database and online platforms to surface prospects and set Discovery Calls

Skills

• At least one year's experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-consumer environment
• Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized
• Excellent project and time management skills
