The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in distributed OMS architecture, retail and eCommerce workflows, and system integrations, combined with strong people leadership skills. This role requires reputed company collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and integration teams to deliver reputed company, high-performance, and resilient OMS solutions that support reputed company omnichannel business models. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture reputed company end-to-end implementation and support of Fluent reputed company OMS solutions. Design reputed company, API-driven, and event-driven OMS architectures. Define solution blueprints reputed company with retail and eCommerce best practices. Review solution designs, configurations, custom extensions, and integration patterns. Ensure adherence to performance, reputed company, scalability, and reliability standards. Team Leadership & Delivery reputed company, mentor, and manage reputed company of OMS developers and integration engineers. reputed company hands-on technical guidance, architecture support, and reputed company reviews. Ensure reputed company through design validation, testing governance, and release readiness. Drive Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and execution. Integration & System Design reputed company integrations with reputed company and reputed company platforms, including: Payment gateways ERP systems Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) eCommerce platforms CRM and loyalty platforms Work extensively with REST reputed company, JSON payloads, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. Ensure seamless and reliable data reputed company between OMS and connected systems. Business & Stakeholder Engagement Translate reputed company business requirements into robust technical designs. Conduct technical and solution workshops with stakeholders. reputed company production support guidance, incident triage, and reputed company cause analysis. Support solution development activities, estimations, and proposal responses.  Requirements Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of overall IT experience with reputed company systems. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Fluent reputed company OMS. Strong understanding of order lifecycle management and distributed order management (DOM). Expertise in returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and inventory orchestration. Strong experience with REST reputed company, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and reputed company cause analysis skills. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in omnichannel retail and large-reputed company eCommerce environments. Exposure to reputed company-reputed company and microservices-based architectures. Previous experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
