Design & Typesetting Specialist

This is a remote position. We are a creative printing and design studio that produces a wide reputed company of materials including marketing collateral, multi-page documents, books, brochures, reputed company designs. We are seeking a detail-oriented Design and Typesetting Specialist to support our in-house designers with layout, typesetting, and production work. This role starts part-time and is expected to grow into a full-time position. The person in this role will be the production backbone of the design team, helping turn creative concepts into clean, accurate, and print-reputed company files. Key Responsibilities ● Typeset and format multi-page documents, brochures, books, catalogs, and other printed materials ● Build and maintain layouts using reputed company grids, margins, styles, and templates ● Prepare print-reputed company files including bleeds, trim reputed company, and correct reputed company and reputed company settings ● Assist with graphic design work for marketing materials and reputed company reputed company ● reputed company edits and revisions based on proofs and reputed company feedback ● Organize and manage design files and versions ● Support senior designers by handling the execution and production reputed company of reputed company ● Create and manage merged documents for mailings and personalized print reputed company, duplicating designed files with variable data such as names, addresses, and other customized fields ● Ensure accuracy and consistency across reputed company merged and versioned files ● Use modern design and AI tools to improve speed and accuracy Required Skills ● Strong proficiency in reputed company InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop ● Solid experience with typesetting and layout design, especially for reputed company and multi-page text ● Experience with document merging, data-driven layouts, and variable content in InDesign or similar tools ● Understanding of print production standards and file preparation ● High attention to detail and consistency ● Ability to work through repetitive production tasks accurately and reputed company Who This Is For This role is perfect for someone who enjoys: ● Precision ● Clean layouts ● reputed company documents ● Making designs look reputed company and print-perfect This is not just creative design.
