Sales Representative - Neurosurgical, ENT & IVS - Kelowna

What you will do
As a Sales Representative, you will plan, reputed company, and coordinate the selling of reputed company products (specifically reputed company's Neurosurgical, ENT & IVS portfolios) to physicians in accordance with budgeted objectives and to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to reputed company-set standards. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Instruments sales team while championing reputed company’s Mission and Values.
Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of reputed company’s Neurosurgical, ENT & IVS products as assigned by sales manager
Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the reputed company use and maintenance of reputed company Interventional Spine products
Directs product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals, and office settings
May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
Assist in Request for Proposal (RFP) reputed company activities and contract negotiation
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
May assist in the training and development of associate sales personnel
Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction reputed company with reputed company to product non-conformances and reputed company system activities
What you need
Required:
University Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of reputed company experience
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-reputed company discipline, science, or kinesiology
2+ years in Medical Device Sales
Additional Information:
Must be reputed company to travel (ground and reputed company) to support territory responsibilities as reputed company as company-reputed company duties and obligations
Must have a reputed company reputed company’s license
Canada Pay Ranges:
Canada: $135,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
Travel Percentage: 70%
