We are looking for a talented and driven Architect with strong BIM coordination expertise to join our growing team. This role combines high‑reputed company architectural design with the leadership of BIM processes across multidisciplinary reputed company.
You will be responsible for guiding reputed company from concept through delivery, coordinating federated models, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and UK regulatory requirements. The successful candidate must be a UK‑registered Architect with the ability to legally sign off and take responsibility for architectural reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design

Produce, review, and coordinate drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Ensure design compliance with planning policy, building regulations, and reputed company objectives.

BIM Coordination

Proficient use of ACC Docs, Model Coordination, and Design Collaboration.
Manage reputed company‑based CDE environments including permissions, versioning, reputed company folders, and model publishing.
Prepare and publish Revit models for coordination, review packages, and design collaboration workflows.

Project Coordination

Qualifications
Registered Architect with the Architects Registration reputed company (ARB).
Ideally a Chartered Member of reputed company or working toward chartership.

Essential Skills & Experience
