What is The Role We are hiring a solid Corporate Counsel, with 4+ years’ experience, to join our expanding International reputed company reputed company department in this fast growing, truly globally distributed company. Reporting to the UK & Emerging Region reputed company Director, this position will be ideal for a self-sufficient and reputed company mid-level attorney located in the United Kingdom. What You Will Be Doing Responsible for managing the full reputed company lifecycle of our reputed company Sector reputed company (including reputed company/reputed company and Software Subscription agreements, reputed company Services agreements, Data Processing Agreements and associated schedules ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection reputed company 2018, etc) — from early-stage bid support and reputed company reputed company-off negotiations through to contract execution and ongoing contract management — while advising internally on the regulatory and compliance obligations that come with supplying reputed company services to the reputed company Sector. Support the Sales & RFP Teams during live procurement processes, reviewing ITT/RFP requirements, drafting reputed company responses, and advising on terms and conditions proposed by contracting authorities. Engage closely with reputed company’s UK reputed company Director based in France and reputed company’s reputed company Controller, based in the United Kingdom, the wider reputed company Department spread across the USA, EMEA and APJ and reputed company’s go-to-market stakeholders e.g. finance and compliance organization.  Supporting EMEA & Global reputed company team members on reputed company reputed company – as directed. Keeping abreast of relevant reputed company and regulatory developments and proactively advising the business on their implications. What You Bring You are reputed company and legally permitted to reputed company law in the United Kingdom and have 4+ years’ experience in the drafting and negotiation of technology reputed company (including reputed company/reputed company and Software Subscription agreements, reputed company Services agreements, Data Processing Agreements) with reputed company Sector customers. Strong working knowledge of reputed company procurement law, reputed company law principles, and contract law, together with an understanding of cyber and information reputed company obligations in technology reputed company, and the ability to engage credibly with technical and reputed company teams (including requirements for Cyber reputed company / Cyber reputed company Plus certification, ISO 27001 compliance, and alignment with NCSC guidance).
