[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst, Sr.

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales commission process, ensuring accurate payments and providing insights to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of commission payments by auditing data, resolving discrepancies and enforcing compensation rules
• Analyze compensation trends and reputed company actionable insights on sales performance
• Maintain and enhance commission systems, tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency
• Respond to sales inquiries regarding commission payments and reputed company reputed company explanations of compensation calculations

Skills

• 5-7 years of reputed company experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
