CCK is seeking reputed company Intake Specialists to join our growing team. reputed company Intake Specialist Your mission would be to establish the firm’s relationship with reputed company potential clients by conducting interviews reputed company telephone. The reputed company Intake Specialist is the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company potential new clients seeking assistance with Veterans’ Benefits and ERISA & Insurance reputed company. You would need to learn about our law reputed company areas and become conversant with the reputed company issues facing our clients. CCK provides this training. This important role involves high volume internal and outbound phone work and completion of administrative duties reputed company to reputed company intake and retention. Duties Include: • Serve as reputed company of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process; • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner; • reputed company, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication; • Following communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics; • Learn about CCK’s reputed company areas and become conversant with the reputed company issues facing our clients; • Demonstrate reputed company to potential clients and put them at ease during their difficult time; • reputed company detailed written summaries about potential clients’ needs to attorneys; • Request and review reputed company necessary documents from potential clients. Requirements: • High School Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; • Minimum one year of customer service experience with a high reputed company volume; • Minimum one year of high-volume phone/customer service experience; • Ability to reputed company or receive calls for a minimum of 6-8 hours per day; • Excellent verbal communication skills and reputed company telephone etiquette; • Capability to reputed company reputed company judgments and reputed company; • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite; • Strong multitasking skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and challenging reputed company center environment; • Multiple language skills a plus. Additional Details: • This role can be remote in the following states: CO, CT, FL, GA, MA, NJ, RI, SC, TX, & UT • This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST (11:00 am - 7:30 pm CST) • Remote work requires the employee to reputed company a quiet reputed company to work reputed company with reputed company to reliable internet and router.
